Substructure made of CNC-welded aluminum corners, surface ground (delivered with protective film)

The aluminum tub is made of 3 mm thick material - surface aluminum silver natural - with protective film on both sides. The corners have been sanded clean.

Simple, light and screwless attachment to the rail system of the T5 / T6 / T6.1. It is secured with original Volkswagen locks in all 4 rails.

The multiflex board remains free and movable.

Heavy duty rails 250 kg load capacity 80 mm high lockable next to installation.

Three-sided folded tub 80 mm high (matching the rails) - folded 40 mm towards the tailgate.

A black fleece mat is placed in the bath. It has a pleasant, soft surface that is easy to vacuum. The back is covered with rubber granulate and therefore provides slip resistance.

The extendable back is available in different sizes. Please note that the Calidrawer Wide 1000 requires an additional processing time for packaging of approximately 2-3 working days. An explanation of the dimensions of the pull-out rear wall in the table below:

The pull-out rear wall is very stable and can be loaded into the aluminum container with an even distribution of 150 kg. The heavy-duty rails are designed up to 250 kg.

The photos above show a Calidrawer Wide 740 in a California Beach with rear seat pockets.

We have shown the resulting seating position in combination with an additional single seat for better orientation.

** with multiflex board (due to the lack of seat pockets, there is approximately 8 cm more space here than in California Beach) - be careful with the Multivan with carpet, the side parts tip over and have to be re-lifted.

The best-selling fragment is the Calidrawer Wide 740. It fits perfectly into the California Beach with a three- and two-seater sofa. However, with the 3-seater sofa we assume that the back surface (3) of the multiflex board is also unfolded (lying surface).

If you have the back surface of the multiflex board folded down as standard (as shown in the image below), you will need the pull-out 600 Calidrawer.

When the back surface (2) is folded up, a Calidrawer Wide 740 also fits the three-bench California Beach.

The California Beach with 2-seater always fits in the Calidrawer Wide 740, as the multiflex board cannot be folded down there.
