The Thule Omnistor inner hood & wind-up mechanism left 5102 is a spare part of the Thule Omnistor 5102 cassette awning.

If the inner cover of the cassette of your Thule Omnistor 5102 cassette awning is broken, the cassette on this side will no longer close properly.
Fortunately, this is easy to replace.
First remove the end cap from the cassette, and then the 3 screws that secure the inner cap.
Install the inner hood in reverse order.

This inner hood is only suitable for the Thule Omnistor 5102 and the original VW awning.
The type of awning you have is also stated on the sticker on the inside of the cassette.
